Episcopal Relief and Development*
Episcopal Relief & Development works with Church partners and other local organizations to save lives and transform communities worldwide. We rebuild after disasters and empower people to create lasting solutions that fight poverty, hunger and disease. Working in close to 40 countries, our programs impact the lives of approximately 3 million people around the world.
For the past three years ECMN’s Cuba Commission has been in partnership with the eastern province of Santiago de Cuba. Working with Archdeacon Halbert, Deacon Noel Rodriguez and many lay people, the team has installed systems in four churches providing access to clean water for entire neighborhoods and preventing disease. They follow the model of Jesus—living and working together in fellowship, while opening doors of communication between the two groups. Click here to find more and get involved.
Minnesota Episcopal Haiti Network*
This group is a network of 11 ECMN faith communities who partners with 7 communities in Haiti. This relationship began as early as 1995 and has included several trips to Haiti by ECMN community members. The ECMN faith communities continue to raise funds and build relationships in Haiti. If you are interested in learning more about this Interparish Network in Haiti, email Rachel Babbitt, Missioner for Community Engagement (email: email@example.com)
*Episcopal congregations or leaders are members/supporters of agency. If you have partners to add to this list, please email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
